Terms & conditions

1. Introduction

By accessing and using our services, you agree to comply with the terms outlined in this document. These terms govern your use of our website, activities, and services, and form a legal contract between you and the service provider. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Booking and Reservations

To secure your participation in any activity or event, you must provide a valid reservation or booking in advance. All bookings are subject to availability, and confirmation is required. In some cases, a deposit may be necessary to hold your reservation. Full payment is expected before or at the time of your participation unless otherwise specified.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

If you wish to cancel or reschedule your booking, you must notify us more than 7 days before the scheduled activity date to be eligible for rebooking. Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance will allow you to rebook for another date, subject to availability.

If you notify us less than 7 days before the booking date, we may offer the option to rebook at our discretion, depending on availability. However, this will not guarantee rebooking.

No-shows on the day of the event will not be eligible for rebooking or refunds.

Once a deposit has been paid no refunds are available.

4. Health and Safety

Your health and safety are a top priority. Before participating, you are required to disclose any medical conditions or restrictions that may impact your ability to participate in the activities. You are responsible for ensuring that you meet any age, height, or fitness requirements relevant to the activity.

Our staff will provide safety instructions at the beginning of each session. Failure to follow these instructions may result in your removal from the activity or event without refund.

5. Liability

We take all necessary precautions to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience. However, you participate in activities at your own risk. We are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that occur as a result of your participation, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct on our part.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims or actions arising from your use of our services.

6. Personal Belongings

We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during your participation in our activities. It is recommended that you leave valuables in a secure place and only bring essential items.

7. Code of Conduct

We expect all participants to behave in a respectful and responsible manner. Any behaviour that disrupts the experience for other participants, or puts others at risk, may result in removal from the premises without refund.

You agree to follow all rules, guidelines, and staff instructions during your visit. Failure to comply may lead to suspension or termination of services.

8. Age and Supervision

Certain activities may have age restrictions. For minors, an adult must be present to supervise and ensure their safety. Children under the required age may not be allowed to participate in certain activities.

9. Photography and Media

By attending our events or using our services, you consent to the use of photographs, videos, or other media taken during your visit. These may be used for promotional purposes across various platforms.

10. Retention and Forfeiture

Any guns, accessories, or parts ordered and not collected or paid for in full within 30 days will be subject to forfeiture. After this period, the items may be sold to recover any outstanding balance.

Items left for servicing or labor work will also be held for a maximum of 30 days following the completion of work. If full payment is not received within this timeframe, the item(s) may be sold to recover the costs incurred.

Due to the nature of usage, no warranty is offered on guns or accessories. However, we will make reasonable efforts to assist with any faulty equipment.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to amend or update these terms at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page, and it is your responsibility to check for updates periodically.

12. Governing Law
